好多香港人嚟深圳就直衝名牌商場，但係我要講句老實話：如果你買緊嘅係國際品牌，深圳商場未必比香港平到去邊。MixC（萬象城）係深圳最靚嘅商場冇錯，喺福田，靠近購物公園地鐵站（Shopping Park / 購物公園站）D出口，但LV、Gucci呢啲嘅定價差距細到唔使特登過嚟掃。
反而我推薦益田假日廣場（Holiday Plaza / 益田假日廣場），喺南山區，近華僑城地鐵站（OCT Station）B出口，步行約8分鐘。呢度有大量本地潮牌、國產護膚品、以及樓上幾層係美食城，午市套餐平均¥35–55（HKD 38–60）。我上次係呢度食左一個椰子雞火鍋，兩個人埋單¥198（HKD 218），香港同等水準至少HKD 500+。係囉，係咁先得㗎。
海岸城（MixC Coastal City）喺南山海岸，近深圳灣口岸，如果你由深圳灣過關嘅話直接行路可以到。好處係人少啲，有整棟樓係做運動用品，Nike、Adidas、Lululemon都有折扣店，折扣由75折到5折不等。開放時間：10:00–22:00（星期一至日）。
商場購物貼士：唔好以為定價就係最終價
係深圳商場，就算係品牌正價店，都有機會問到折扣 — 尤其係護膚品、眼鏡、運動鞋類。我試過係海岸城Nike問到額外9折，店員係唔會主動講㗎，你要問先得。另外，部分商場VIP卡係當場申請就有折，記得問。付款方面，呢啲商場全部接受WeChat Pay、Alipay、銀聯，Visa/Mastercard反而有部分小店唔收，最好預先儲值WeChat Pay。
街市篇：羅湖商業城係照去，但呢個位先係真正抵玩
羅湖商業城（Luohu Commercial City）係每個香港人嘅集體回憶。由羅湖口岸出閘直接連通，唔使行路。佢係B2至5樓，賣衫、賣鞋、賣手袋、賣手錶、賣按摩服務（1樓至2樓），我知你識。但係講真，近年貨品質素參差，議價空間收窄咗，而且vendor見到你講廣東話就知你係香港人，開價通常高一截。我個人策略係：去羅湖商業城只買唔需要試尺寸嘅嘢 — 例如配件、絲巾、小飾品 — 然後壓價壓到佢開價一半以下先考慮。
真正抵玩嘅係東門步行街（Dongmen Pedestrian Street），由羅湖地鐵站（Luohu MTR）乘車到老街站（Laojie Station）A出口，步行3分鐘。呢度係本地人買平價潮服、波鞋、化妝品嘅地方。一件oversize帽T大概¥59–120（HKD 65–132），波鞋replica由¥150起（HKD 165），但你要自己識分真假同埋預佢質素係咁。另外東門有幾間正宗廣東早茶，我鐘意去東門茶座食早餐，燒賣腸粉齊備，一籠蝦餃¥18（HKD 20），好味過我預期。早上7:30開始，建議10點前到，之後人龍長到無謂。
南油批發市場：識貨人先去
南油（Nanyou）係南山區一個半公開嘅服裝批發市場，靠近南油地鐵站（Nanyou Station）A出口，步行約5分鐘。呢度主要係批發商，但散客都入得。賣緊嘅係過季尾貨同廠出樣辦，T恤低至¥15（HKD 16），外套由¥80（HKD 88）起。問題係環境比較複雜，唔係每個檔口都講普通話，好多係講潮州話或者客家話，廣東話可以通但係要有心理準備講慢啲。建議平日上午10–12點去，下午好多批發商就包貨走人。呢個位我唔見任何旅遊Blog寫過，係我自己跟本地朋友搵到嘅。
網購自取篇：Taobao先係2024年最聰明嘅深圳購物法
呢個先係我最想講嘅部分。Shenzhen is uniquely positioned as the best city in China to execute a Taobao-order-then-pickup strategy — because hundreds of Taobao's express pickup stations (菜鳥驛站 Cainiao Post) are literally a 5-minute walk from every MTR exit in the city. 做法係：出發前2–3日係Taobao落單，填深圳某個Cainiao Post地址收件（通常係商場內或住宅區地下），到埗後憑取件碼去攞。
好處係：Taobao網上價比深圳實體店平20–40%，而且唔使喺市場咁嘈雜嘅環境議價。我上次幫自己買左一件韓國style短外套，Taobao定價¥89（HKD 98），同款係東門街市問到¥145（HKD 160）。差距唔算誇張，但如果你買多幾件就感受到。注意：需要香港手機號碼認證Taobao戶口，或者用大陸號碼；收件地址要填寫準確；部分Cainiao Post係唔接受非實名認證收件，記得提前確認。

1. 老三篇潮汕牛肉火鍋（Laosanpian Chaoshan Beef Hotpot），喺羅湖區，東門老街附近，步行老街站A出口約7分鐘。兩人份量埋單大概¥180–220（HKD 198–242）。牛肉新鮮現切，沙茶醬係自家調製，好味程度係我係香港食唔到嗰種。開放時間：11:00–00:00。建議6點前到，之後等位至少45分鐘。
2. 漁民村海鮮大排檔，喺羅湖區漁民村，由羅湖站打的約¥15（HKD 16）。呢度係大排檔模式，海鮮係你自己去櫃頭揀，秤重計價。白灼蝦¥68/斤（HKD 75），炒蜆¥45/斤（HKD 49）。唔係高檔食肆但係好抵食，而且夠熱鬧，一枱人食飯最啱。晚市旺場由6–9pm，建議5:30到。
3. COCO Park周邊的網紅奶茶街：福田區COCO Park（近市民中心站）出B口，有成條街嘅飲品店。喜茶、奈雪、霸王茶姬都係¥15–25（HKD 16–27），比香港平30%。我最後係霸王茶姬買左一杯伯牙絕弦（¥19，HKD 21），係囉，係囉，香港同款要HKD 38。
跨境實戰：入境返港帶咩唔會被查
呢個係大家唔敢問但係一定想知嘅部分。根據香港海關現行規定，香港居民由內地返港免稅額係HKD 5,000（購買後超過24小時）。超出部分要申報並繳稅，稅率係貨品應課稅價值嘅120%。實際操作：衣服、食品、護膚品一般查得唔嚴，但電子產品（特別係多過一部嘅手機或平板）、名牌手袋就比較常被注意。我建議：大件貨拆包裝放入普通袋，唔好成堆紙袋行去，唔係話你違規，係唔想俾人check耐咗。另外，由深圳帶返嚟嘅熟食，例如燒肉、臘腸，理論上係要申報動植物產品，留意。
