Bravel Smart is a free travel shopping discovery tool that helps users identify products, compare prices across retailers, find nearby stores, and access travel guides. The service is provided by Bravel.
You may use Bravel Smart for personal, non-commercial travel and shopping research. You may not:
• Scrape, reproduce, or redistribute our content, data, or APIs without written permission • Use the service to send spam or engage in fraudulent activity • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App • Use automated tools (bots, crawlers) to access the service at scale
Product identification results and price data are provided for reference only. Prices and product availability may differ from what is displayed. Always verify with the retailer before making a purchase. Bravel Smart makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of product information.
All editorial content, articles, branding, and user interface elements on Bravel Smart are owned by or licensed to Bravel. Product names, images, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property.
The App contains links to third-party retailer websites (Rakuten, Amazon JP, Bravel, etc.). These sites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
Bravel Smart is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bravel is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to losses arising from purchase decisions made based on information shown in the App.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms; your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
